SkartaNYAB Plc raises its financial guidance for 2022 (inside information)
SkartaNYAB Plc raises its financial guidance for 2022. According to the new guidance of the company, revenue of the group for financial year 2022 is estimated to be 235-250 million euros, and operating profit without amortization and reduction in value of intangible assets (EBITA) 30-33 million euros.
SkartaNYAB announced today that it has signed an agreement, according to which group company Skarta Energy Oy is transferred under the ownership of a joint venture established with CapMan Nordic Infrastructure II fund. Transaction has a significant positive impact on the result of the group. The new guidance is based on assumption that closing of the transaction takes place by the end of December as scheduled, in which case the established joint venture would be treated as an associated company in SkartaNYAB’s consolidated financial statements.
In previous financial guidance that was published on 19 August 2022, SkartaNYAB’s revenue was estimated to be 225-245 million euros and EBITA 14-20 million euros.
