Skarta joins forces with Swedish NYAB Group to step up the pace of building a clean future
16.12.21Skarta Group Plc has today signed a conditional share exchange agreement, according to which it acquires Swedish NYAB Group that is one of the most profitable companies in the industry. Through the transaction, a new Skarta NYAB Group will be formed, and it will reach a turnover of close to 300 million euros during the following year. The new Skarta NYAB Group will be one of the most significant operators in Bothnian Arc and Norrbotten regions, where more than a hundred billion euros of investments in green transition will be made in coming years and that are also essential locations regarding future hydrogen economy.
