NYAB wins customer trust
16.05.22The NYAB Group has continued to have very good order intake in recent weeks. To mention a part about how we contribute to building a greener infrastructure and a cleaner future, we show selected parts of won contracts and awards.
Award of the Railway Contract “For the execution of the placement of a multi-duct along Scanmed Öst, the section Åby – Mjölby – Nässjö within the counties of Jönköping and Östergötland”.
The project aims to lay ducting and fiber for the new signaling system on the railway, ERTMS.
The contract value amounts to more than SEK 82 million.
The contract must be completed by 2023-12.
The customer is the Swedish Transport Administration.
Road contract “Bärighet och gc-väg, väg 582 Alvik Selet”.
The project includes reinforcement and load-bearing measures as well as the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path.
The contract value amounts to more than SEK 83 million.

NYAB has also signed a multi-year framework agreement for fence installation with LKAB. NYAB has also been entrusted by LKAB to carry out the project “Mediacentral 2”. We have also been entrusted by LKAB with the project “Utskov Vitåfors”. This refers to an increase in outcrops, horseshoe dust, and the construction of guide ramparts. In addition to concrete work, mechanical and hydraulic work must be carried out in the extension. The Swedish Transport Administration has contracted NYAB for an extensive roof replacement at the locomotive sheds in Gällivare. Luleå Municipality gives NYAB the confidence to carry out the project “Wastewater pipeline & Pump station north of Sunderbyn”. The traffic office in the City of Stockholm hires NYAB to rebuild intersections and streets in order to create a better traffic flow along Mariebergsgatan and Igeldammsgatan on Kungsholmen in Stockholm’s inner city.
