At NYAB, we work in close partnership with suppliers who share our values, our commitment to quality, and our responsibility towards people, the environment and society.

This page provides an overview of how we work with suppliers at group level, including our expectations, key requirements and guiding principles for a professional and sustainable collaboration.

Local legal requirements and application processes may vary by country and are handled on dedicated country‑specific pages.

Our requirements and expectations

We set high standards for ethics, safety and responsible business conduct throughout our value chain. All suppliers and subcontractors working with NYAB are expected to act professionally, responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and recognised international guidelines.

A core part of this commitment is compliance with the NYAB Supplier Code of Conduct, which applies to all suppliers across all markets.

NYAB Supplier Code of Conduct

All suppliers and subcontractors are required to comply with the NYAB Supplier Code of Conduct, which is based on international standards and covers, among other things:

  • Ethical and professional business conduct
  • Human rights and labour rights
  • Health and safety at work
  • Environmental responsibility and sustainability
  • Anti corruption and fair competition
  • Transparency and incident reporting
  • Compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards

The Supplier Code of Conduct forms the foundation for how we work together responsibly and sustainably.

Whistleblowing service

Adherence to our Code of Conduct is of great importance to us. We encourage everyone, both employees and external parties, to report any suspected misconduct or behaviour that violates our guidelines. All reports are handled confidentially by an external party and in accordance with clearly defined procedures.

Supplier controls and follow-up

We work systematically with supplier controls and follow‑up to ensure compliance with our requirements. This includes regular reviews and assessments related to, for example:

  • Ethical and social responsibility
  • Health, safety and quality procedures
  • Environmental requirements and sustainability targets
  • Documentation and reporting

These controls apply throughout the supply chain, including subcontractors.

Local supplier requirements and application processes
