Chief Financial Officer Aku Väliaho leaves NYAB
23.09.24Aku Väliaho, CFO, has decided to leave NYAB to assume a position outside the Group. Väliaho has been a member of NYAB’s Executive Management Team since January 2022, and he will continue in his role until the end of January 2025. NYAB has started a process to recruit a new CFO for the Company.

He has had a vital role in building today’s NYAB by managing our milestone processes such as the reverse acquisition and merger of NYAB and Skarta, transferring our financial reporting to IFRS, successful re-domiciliation to Sweden, and listing transfer to Nasdaq First North Premier. Hence, his work has set NYAB up for continuous profitable growth. Aku truly leaves a significantly more robust and developed company. We wish him all the best for the future”, says Johan Larsson, CEO of NYAB.
