Changes in NYAB’s Executive Management Team
20.10.25NYAB AB (“NYAB” or the “Company”) announces changes to its Executive Management Team. Magnus Granljung, Senior Vice President, Sweden, has decided to leave his position. In parallel, the start dates for Petri Kotkansalo, incoming Country Manager Finland, have been confirmed.
Magnus Granljung will step down from the Executive Management Team on December 1, 2025 and leave his position on December 31, 2025. The process of appointing his successor has been initiated. Magnus will continue to support the transition to his successor after year- end.
“Magnus has played a significant role in NYAB’s development, from the establishment of NYAB Infrastruktur to his current role as Senior Vice President, Sweden. When Magnus joined, the business consisted of three employees and no revenue. Today he leaves behind a stable operation with several billion SEK in revenue and several hundred employees. Magnus’s leadership has been analytical and diplomatic, with a strong focus on supporting our core business. His industry knowledge and calm, results driven approach have fundamentally shaped NYAB’s development. I would like to extend my warm thanks to Magnus for his contribution and commitment, and we appreciate his continued support during the transition period,” says Johan Larsson, Chief Executive Officer of NYAB.
For Petri Kotkansalo, previously communicated as incoming Country Manager Finland in the press release of September 1, 2025, the start dates have now been confirmed. He will assume the role on November 1, 2025 and join the Executive Management Team on December 1, 2025.
As a result of these changes, as of December 1, 2025 NYAB’s Executive Management Team will consist of:

- Klas Rewelj, Chief Financial Officer
- Mikael Ritola, Chief Operating Officer
- Erik Petersen, Vice President of Corporate Affairs
- Anders Berg, Head of Business Development
- Mårten Beijar, HR Director
- Arve Jensen, Head of Dovre
- Petri Kotkansalo, Country Manager Finland
