Klas Rewelj started as the Chief Financial Officer at NYAB in December 2024. He has extensive experience in financial leadership and a proven track record of driving financial performance and growth. He has, among other things, an in-depth understanding of professional services and consultancy business models, as well as the construction industry value chain. Before joining NYAB, he served as EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Ework Group. Prior to that, he was Group CFO at Tyréns AB. His career also includes significant roles in the manufacturing industry and international environments.

Mikael Ritola is a founding partner of NYAB’s largest shareholder, Holding Investment Förvaltning I Luleå AB. He started as a member of the Executive Management Team on 1 April 2022, first as a director responsible for special construction business in Sweden,  as of October 2022 as Senior Vice President, Finland, and as of May 2024 as COO for the Group. He has a wide experience in entrepreneurship and management, as well as building profitable growth in construction and infrastructure industries. He was also a member of NYAB’s Board of Directors between 2022-2024.

Erik Petersen started as Vice President of Corporate Affairs and member of the Executive Management Team in August 2023. His responsibilities at NYAB include brand and relations to external stakeholders, as well as the management of NYAB’s Communications, Investor Relations, and ESG activities. Petersen joined NYAB from Paramount Global, where he was Head of New Business between 2019-2023. His responsibilities included, among others, developing Paramount’s activities in the Nordics, as well as improving the recognition of its brand portfolio. Before joining Paramount, Petersen held various managerial positions within marketing, communications, and brand strategy at Visit Sweden between 2008-2019.

Mårten Beijar started as the HR Director of the Group and member of the Executive Management Team in October 2024. He is responsible for strategic management and development of NYAB’s HR activities and participates in the development of NYAB’s sustainability-related processes. Beijar has extensive international experience in HR leadership. Before joining NYAB, he worked at Fibox Group since 2021, most recently as Executive Vice President, Head of People, Culture and ESG. Previously, he has been HR Director at, among others, Rexel Group and Schneider Electric.

Anders Berg has extensive international experience from construction, e-commerce, and general industry.
